Hyperproliferative and dysplastic benign skin conditions have become more and more prevalent over the years, due to increased longevity of the population but also due to the longer sun exposure, either through working in the open or during leisure activities. Having good and reliable treatments that will clear such lesions and prevent them developing into cancerous lesions is of key medical importance.  Although numerous treatments are available for such conditions, many cause significant discomfort or are not efficacious enough to ensure treatment is successful.
